i dare…

anchors

to tell your story, while angels are flying, men are laying, waiting for the morning…

i could, live on this feeling, nothing would matter, if i dwelt on this longer, maybe still linger…

but now my desires are failing, truly distressing, because my patience is threatened…

making this prayer… i ‘ll be pleased if you really came true…

so i dare to hang in a little longer…

i seek nothing but treasures in measures

countless abound!

now… my spirit is broken, needing some mending, i could be lending to the nations

if only your mercy could find, like quickly now swiftly before i yield to this vanity insanely

i dare to walk the green-mile, maybe pull the plug because living is torture in the absence of you

but i dare to hang in a little longer…

seeking nothing but treasures in measures

countless abound!
